Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to clients in the field.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and solutions to clients in the field
* Document client networks and complete small projects
* Assist senior engineers on larger projects and perform general service requests
* Install, configure, troubleshoot, and customize MS Office Suite and third-party applications per customer's/third-party preferences
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* IT/computer science-related college qualification
* Switching, VLAN, Routing, Firewalling Support
* Server Hardware Technologies (CPU/RAID/SCSI) Support
* Data Backup and Recovery Support
* Corporate Antivirus Support
* VPN Connectivity Support
