TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector in Limerick to recruit a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer.
Location: Limerick Hours: 35 hours full time hours (9-5) Duration: Temporary 6-month initial contract Pay scale: €*****- €***** (depending on previous relevant public sector experience) Purpose of the Role Provide high-quality administrative support to the General Manager ensuring efficient coordination of documents, trackers, meetings, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities Accurately record and prepare minutes for meetings, ensuring clear documentation and timely distribution.
Use MS Excel to update and maintain five trackers and create new trackers when required, along with general MS Office administrative tasks.
Process SAP time returns and ensure staff time entries are accurate and submitted on schedule for payroll processing.
Prepare and issue positive feedback acknowledgment letters and support other communication-related tasks.
Check the Practice Tools shared folder monthly and ensure it matches the master folder, correcting any discrepancies.
Use systems such as NIMS, TCM, and SAP to support day-to-day operations, data entry, and information retrieval.
Maintain and organise staff supervision files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Gather information from multiple sources and provide clear, concise summaries when requested to support management and operational needs.
Essential Requirements Proven experience in administrative support or similar role.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (trackers, data entry, formatting).
Experience using SAP or similar systems (time entry or payroll processing preferred).
Good communication skills with the ability to draft clear correspondence.
Experience taking and preparing accurate meeting minutes.
Ability to gather, summarise, and present information clearly.
