OverviewSalesforce Technical Consultant (Contract)Location: Dublin (1 day per week)Contract Length: 12 Months RollingWe are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join a dynamic team on a contract basis. This is an opportunity for a proactive consultant with strong technical and functional knowledge of Salesforce.ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary Salesforce expert, managing the platform end-to-end.Handle change requests, ensuring they are properly scoped, configured, and implemented.Lead or support integrations with external systems.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Provide guidance and best practices on Salesforce configuration, customisation, and architecture.Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities to ensure smooth adoption.Collaborate with developers, administrators, and other consultants to maintain system integrity.Qualifications6+ years of Salesforce experience, ideally in both technical and functional capacities.Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and integrations (API experience is a plus).Proven track record managing change requests and system enhancements.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work independently and deliver solutions efficientlyAdditionalReperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
