HR Business Partner – Operations & Commercial | West Dublin | 3 Days Onsite
I'm partnering with a high-growth multinational that's building out a brand-new HR structure under an ambitious HR Director — and we're looking for an experienced
HR Business Partner
to join the journey.
This role is perfect for someone who loves
hands-on, high-volume, operational HR
and wants real influence as the organisation goes through change.
What's involved?
Partner with managers across busy operational & commercial teams
Lead on ER matters, manage cases and work closely with
union representatives
Support volume hiring, onboarding and capability development
Drive engagement, communication and culture uplift
Contribute to new HR structures, processes and people initiatives
What you'll need:
* Strong HRBP experience (minimum of 5 years) in
high-volume, operational or multi-site industries
(e.g., retail, logistics, supply chain, contract services)
* Proven experience working within a unionised environment
* Confidence handling ER issues with professional judgement
* Ability to work at pace, adapt quickly and manage competing priorities
* Comfortable with change, ambiguity and being part of a team in "build mode"
* A relationship-builder who can influence, support, and challenge managers
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is an advantage
Salary:
€60,000 - €80,000 plus benefits
