Lead Construction Specialist
This role involves overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
The Responsibilities:
* Liaising with project stakeholders, including consultants, contractors and workers;
* Coordinating site operations, setting out and levelling of sites;
* Monitoring quality control and safety measures to prevent accidents;
* Resolving unexpected technical difficulties and finding solutions to ensure project continuity;
* Oversight of subcontractors and workforce involved in the project;
Key Requirements:
* Civil engineering experience and qualifications;
* Strong leadership and communication skills;
* Able to work independently and as part of a team;
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically;
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
