Job Title: Process Quality Assurance Lead
Citi's Issue Management team is responsible for coordinating and comprehensively managing issues with key stakeholders to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure on-time and quality execution of QA reviews across assigned portfolio in compliance with policies, standards, and procedures.
* Act as a key resource for business and action owners to advise and support on the effective design and implementation of remediations.
* Provide challenge enabling stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions to address root causes.
* Manage engagement over the complete lifecycle of high-impact issue remediations and primary programs.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or control-related functions in the financial services industry.
* Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
* Track record leading Control related projects and programs.
