Job Opportunity
In light of continued success and growth, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team.
This is a full-time permanent position with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
There is some flexibility in relation to working hours that can be discussed at an interview.
Role and Responsibilities
* New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive growth.
* Account Management: Maximise sales on existing accounts through effective relationship management.
* Supplier and Buyer Sourcing: Identify and establish relationships with new suppliers and buyers.
* Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers across Derry, Donegal, and Tyrone to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering sales within the FMCG industry, with strong knowledge of food products and foodservice goods.
Additionally, you should have:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
* You will be self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Ability to work independently and make decisions in line with business requirements.
