Job Title
Regional Manager Charity Shop Operations is a key role in delivering strategic alignment, operational excellence and high performance service quality.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the operations of charity shops within a region ensuring adherence to mission, values and governance.
* Manage Shop Managers and OFC Managers fostering a culture of high performance, strong team collaboration and operational efficiency.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to support ongoing success growth and strategic direction of retail operations.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
* Professional management qualification.
* Proven history in retail management for at least 5 years.
* Experience of working with volunteers.
