We are looking for a skilled and experienced construction site manager with a proven track record in groundworks and RC frame construction.
* Sourcing and managing contractors to ensure efficient workflow on-site.
* Leading site teams and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
* Coordinating site operations to achieve the highest quality of work.
* Educating team members on safety procedures and compliance regulations.
Key qualifications include:
* A minimum of 3 years experience as a Site Manager in groundworks and RC frame.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent understanding of construction processes, health & safety requirements and technical drawings.
