Your key responsibilities will include:Supporting the Product Owner and Development Team to deliver on the Product Backlog.Leading and developing operations plans, including application releases and performance improvements.Identifying project risks and driving mitigations.Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example.Guiding and coaching the team to ensure Scrum practices and principles are adhered to.Facilitating all Scrum Ceremonies, including the Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, and Retrospective.Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching them to higher levels of maturity.Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove them on a continual basis.How to SucceedTo excel in this role, you will bring a minimum of three years of experience as a Scrum Master developing software using Agile methodologies.
You will also bring:An excellent understanding of Agile development methodologies.A solid understanding of the roles of the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team.Experience with JIRA, JIRA Agile, and Confluence.A BSc.
or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A technical background, given the complexities of the platform.Strong analytical skills and a demonstrable bias toward action.BenefitsThis role offers a very competitive hourly rate.
