Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the planning, design, and execution of complex, multi-phase physical security programs (including design, build, and construction).
* Develop project requirements, work plans, schedules, and resource estimates; actively track and report on progress using established tools and methodologies.
* Navigate ambiguity to define clear program objectives, scope, and deliverables, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
* Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
* Prepare and present communications for executives and key stakeholders; create documentation, status reports, and briefing materials.
* Champion best practices for program management by leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
* Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and contract terms.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Security, or equivalent work experience.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
* Demonstrated experience managing the design, build, and construction phases of physical security projects (5+ years preferred).
* Proven skills in program/project planning, tracking, and execution in dynamic environments.
* Comfort with ambiguity; ability to define and drive programs with evolving requirements.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
* Proficiency with program management and productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a large, global enterprise.
* Familiarity with security technologies and physical access control systems.
* Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors.
