We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to join our events team in Co. Tipperary. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience working in a catering or kitchen environment. We require excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Breakfast, Lunch and dinner setup
* Taking direction from chefs during food preparation and presentation
* FOLLOWING ALL HACCP PROCEDURES Deep clean of kitchens Daily cleaning duties in the kitchen following company procedures To ensure that food hygiene and health safety regulations are always adhered to
