Strategic HR Partner Opportunity
This is a unique chance for an experienced HR professional to act as a key business partner to leadership teams across the organization, providing strategic support and guidance on employee relations matters.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams
* Provide expert support and guidance on performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution
* Partner with line managers to develop effective talent development strategies and improve employee retention
* Oversee the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires
* Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
* Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant with relevant legislation and best practices
* Analyse and report on HR metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or FMCG sector
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in Ireland
* Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases and influence stakeholders
* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Certification in HR (e.g. CIPD) is highly desirable
