Core Responsibilities
Strategic Program Delivery
Partner with accounting stakeholders to identify and prioritise process improvement opportunities
Develop frameworks for launching and scaling new programs
Evaluate automation initiatives, including cost-benefit and return on investment
Deliver measurable improvements in financial close, compliance, and operational performance
Program & Project Management
Oversee multiple concurrent projects using both Agile and traditional methodologies
Define scope, timelines, and resource requirements
Prioritise workstreams and manage delivery against agreed objectives
Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful implementation
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Partner with accounting, compliance, and technology stakeholders
Facilitate alignment between business and technical teams
Create a collaborative, unified working environment across functions
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and policies
Promote automation and scalable solutions
Support initiatives that accelerate financial close cycles
Enhance consistency and compliance across global teams
Data-Driven Decision Support
Develop financial models and business insights
Provide recommendations to support leadership decisions

Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related analytical discipline
Significant experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
Strong program or project management background (typically 8+ years)
Proven track record in driving process improvements with measurable results
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
Experience identifying data quality issues and implementing corrective actions
Ability to communicate insights to senior leadership
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
