Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Santo André, SP. The supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and successful execution of project goals. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring project timelines, ensuring quality assurance, and delivering consistent reporting to stakeholders. Other duties involve fostering a collaborative work environment, problem-solving, and managing workflow to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
* Leadership and team management skills with experience in supervising and coordinating staff
* Project management knowledge, including tracking timelines and completing deliverables
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
* Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to address challenges effectively
* Knowledge in manufacturing, quality assurance, or supply chain management is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Mandarin is a bonus
* Previous experience working with international or cross-functional teams is beneficial
