You will plan and manage a team of Warehouse Operatives on a daily basis to achieve daily workload. Ensure audit readiness is maintained in the Warehouse at all times, including compliance to all legislation appertaining to Health & Safety, Employment Law, Food Safety and company hygiene standards. Make sure Team Leaders are briefed and fully aware of what is required on a daily basis for their assigned area.
