Accounts Administrator Role
Our client, a leading property development company based in Limerick City, is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of Debtors and Creditors
* Posting of purchase and sales invoices
* Bank postings and reconciliations
* Supplier queries resolution
* Assisting the Financial Controller in preparing monthly/annual accounts
* Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Experience and Skills:
* Proven experience as a senior bookkeeper or similar role
* Desired: Property or construction experience, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage) and Microsoft Excel, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication and interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate will possess high levels of attention to detail, be proficient in accounting software, and have excellent organizational and communication skills.
