Job Title: Senior Administrative Professional

Description:
The Child and Family Agency's primary goal is to provide a range of statutory functions, including child protection, alternative care, and family support services. The agency has an ongoing improvement program focused on practice, culture, and structure.
As a senior administrative professional, you will work within the agency's structure and across all service areas. Your responsibilities include:
* Supporting the monitoring and control of resources according to relevant regulations.
* Maintaining accurate records as required by law.
* Promoting good working practices and uniformity of standards.
* Working with management to ensure adherence to legislative frameworks and internal policies.
* Undertaking duties assigned in line with relevant policy, procedure, and legislation.
* Supporting the development and implementation of integrated management reports across performance indicators, human resources, finance, IT, and risk management.
You will also be responsible for:
* Providing high-level administration support for business operations.
* Deputizing as necessary.
* Leading or supporting ongoing projects and initiatives within the Area Managers Office.
* Assisting with policy development, research, and quality assurance.
* Liaising with relevant services to ensure training on new policies and key policies requiring refresher courses.
* Developing and maintaining processes for monitoring the implementation of business plans.
* Coordinating responses to queries and requests for information from the Area Managers Office to National Operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Candidates must have at least 2 years' administrative experience in a designated office.
* Must possess sufficient administrative capacity to discharge the functions of the grade/post.
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
