Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers with their queries, providing expert product knowledge and advice to drive sales
* Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities and increase revenue
* Prepare quotes and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into sales
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure stock availability and lead times are managed effectively
