Stores CoordinatorLocation: Oldcastle, Co. MeathType: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and organised Stores Coordinator to take ownership of our stock operations. This role is central to keeping the business moving—managing inventory, coordinating goods in/out, and ensuring materials and equipment are where they need to be, when they're needed.You'll work closely with purchasing, operations, and the installation team to keep everything running smoothly. This is a hands-on role but not a technical one; it requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and a practical mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementReceive, check, and record incoming goods and deliveries.Organise and store materials correctly for easy access and safe handling.Issue stock to internal teams as required.Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.Maintain a tidy, structured, and efficient stores environment.Operational SupportLiaise with purchasing, logistics, and installation teams to ensure stock availability.Prepare orders, equipment packs, and dispatches on time.Support project scheduling by ensuring required equipment is ready ahead of installations.System AccuracyRecord all stock movements accurately using the company's management systems.Update inventory records, serial numbers, and documentation.Flag shortages, delays, and replenishment needs proactively.Process & PerformanceSupport the rollout and monitoring of KPIs, SLAs, and stock-handling procedures.Suggest practical improvements to store layout, workflow, and stock processes.Help streamline receiving, issuing, and storage methods.Event Support (Occasional)Assist with equipment preparation for events and site demos.Manage event-related stock levels before, during, and after deployments.Health & SafetyMaintain compliance with health & safety policies.Ensure proper handling, storage, and housekeeping standards.Report risks or hazards immediately.Skills & RequirementsPrevious experience in a stores, warehouse, or stock control role is ideal but not essential.Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.Comfortable with basic computer tasks (data entry, inventory systems).Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage deadlines.Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of the stores function.Full driving licence an advantage.Why Join Us?Work in a growing technology company with a friendly team.Genuine responsibility and ownership of the stores function.Clear processes, good support, and room to grow with the role.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €28,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingExperience:Stores: 1 year (required)Language:100% Engligh (required)Licence/Certification:Full Driving License (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
