General Operative – 3 Days per Week (30+ hrs)
Meath | 6-month contract with view to perm
Mon, Tues & Thurs | 7am start | 10+ hour shifts
We're recruiting General Operatives to join a busy food production team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced and suited to someone who's comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
What you'll do:
* Work on the production line
* Prepare product for the boning hall and dispatch
* Meet daily and weekly production targets
* Follow all safety, quality and hygiene procedures
* Take part in continuous improvement initiatives
* Keep work areas clean and organised
* Work independently and as part of a wider production team
* Complete all required training
What you'll need:
* Experience in a physically demanding or factory environment (ideal)
* Good attention to detail
* Strong time management
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions
* Flexibility to support business needs
