This role requires a team member capable of working a mix of both opening (6 AM) and closing shifts (8 PM).
Insomnia Baristas
* Bring a positive attitude and take pride in delivering great service with every cup.
* Are team players who enjoy a fast paced, customer focused environment.
* Have experience in high‑standard, fast‑paced settings, ideally with knowledge of audits and compliance (but don't worry if you don't – we’ll train you!).
* Can work flexible hours, including weekends, across our 7‑day operation.
* Have coffee experience – but it’s not a dealbreaker. We’ll provide full training to help you shine.
