Senior Quantity Surveyor Mayo Salary: €80,000 We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established main contractor delivering education and residential projects exclusively in Mayo.
This role will involve overseeing the commercial management of major education developments alongside residential projects, offering long-term, secure work with a strong pipeline of local projects.
Key Responsibilities: Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account Preparation and management of cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers Valuations, variations, and final accounts Cost reporting to senior management Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline 7+ years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role (main contractor experience preferred) Strong knowledge of building contracts and cost control Experience working on education and/or residential projects is an advantage Excellent communication and negotiation skills For more information on the role please contact Talent Curve Recruitment.
