Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic decisions.
Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on business performance and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Proven experience in a business management & sales role, preferably in the medical or health sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
Leadership experience with a track record of managing teams effectively.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Experience in sales within the medical or health industry.
Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance in healthcare.
Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
