About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working in fast-paced kitchens with high turnover and ala carte cooking. A minimum of 2 years' chef work experience and expertise in professional cookery are essential.

Responsibilities:
* Working across various sections of our large kitchen, including hot and cold areas
* Maintaining food quality and timeliness for customer satisfaction
* Assisting in stock management
* Supporting the head and sous chefs during service
* Carefully following kitchen health and hygiene procedures
* Preparing food to order
* Collaborating with junior chefs on a designated kitchen section
