About Us:
RegSol has been supporting a range of financial services and other firms with their regulatory compliance obligations since 2018. Our team currently comprises a group of qualified and experienced professionals with legal and/or compliance backgrounds alongside training and admin support professionals.
We offer a number of compliance support services to clients including compliance advisory, compliance reviews, authorisation application support, and ongoing compliance function support.
We also offer a range of CPD accredited compliance training sessions across various compliance topics such as Consumer Protection, AML, and Data Protection through our public training timetable, tailored in-house offerings, and e-learning awareness training.
About the Role:
As a Junior Compliance Consultant, you'll learn how to support clients in meeting their regulatory obligations and contribute to a range of compliance advisory and monitoring activities.
You'll gain hands-on experience across key areas of financial services regulation and benefit from a structured training and development program enabling you to deliver our accredited compliance CPD Training.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with compliance monitoring, reporting, and advisory work
· Support the researching, development, and presenting of our CPD accredited complaint training
· Support clients in understanding and meeting their obligations under Irish and EU regulatory frameworks
· Research, prepare, and review key compliance documentation in areas such as:
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Consumer Protection
Fitness and Probity
Data Protection (GDPR)
· Help support the maintenance of internal compliance frameworks and processes
· Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver a high-quality client service
· Engage in full team discussions at our regular project meetings
· Contribute to the future of RegSol in our strategy sessions
About You:
· Recently qualified or currently studying for a compliance qualification (e.g. with the Compliance Institute)
· Strong interest in regulatory compliance and financial services
· Familiarity with AML, consumer protection, data protection, and/or fitness & probity is a plus
· Strong communication, organisational, and research skills
· A self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment
