OverviewMy client, an Irish niche engineering company working on civil projects and manufacturing, has an opening for an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team. This role will provide direct support to the Senior Project Manager in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and administrationSupport in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progressMaintain project documentation, reports, and recordsLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholdersAssist in site meetings and preparation of reportsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and quality standardsRequirementsPrevious experience in construction project support or coordination is an advantageStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – project software experience is a plusDegree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field (desirable but not essential)What We OfferOpportunity to develop within a supportive and professional teamCompetitive salary packageCareer progression opportunitiesSalary is negotiable depending on relevant experience.
