With a €55m annual turnover and a strong pipeline of projects, we are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major housing development in Waterford.The RoleWe are looking for a proven Project Manager who can take full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of a multi-unit residential scheme. You will lead the site team, manage subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered on programme, on budget, and to BHA's expected standard of excellence.This is a key leadership position with significant influence over the success of the project — and strong long-term progression opportunities within our growing organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full delivery of the housing development from groundworks through to handover.Manage the site team including Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors.Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, ensuring alignment with P6/office plans.Drive site productivity, sequencing, and resource planning to maintain momentum.Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.Liaise closely with design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders.Oversee procurement schedules and coordinate with the commercial team on budgets, variations, and forecasts.Chair site meetings and produce clear, accurate reports for senior management.Maintain strong client relationships, representing BHA professionally at all stages.Ensure smooth, timely delivery of completed units to the highest standard.Requirements5+ years' experience in site management or project management within residential construction.Strong background in delivering multi-unit housing schemes.Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving performance on site.Solid understanding of construction sequencing, programming, and modern methods.Proven ability to manage subcontractors, solve problems, and maintain project pace.Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.Organised, proactive, and high standards of professionalism.What We OfferLeadership role on a major housing development in Waterford.Opportunity to advance within a growing contractor/developer.Supportive culture with direct engagement from senior leadership.Competitive salary and package based on experience.
