You'll also work directly with external partners (EHRs, providers) to ensure designs meet the needs of end users and enterprise systems alike.What You'll DoLead design: Map end-to-end provider, requester, and operations workflows; identify gaps and pain points; and propose scalable, digital-first improvements.Lead workflow and systems design: Map end-to-end provider, requester, and operations workflows; identify gaps and pain points; and propose scalable, digital-first improvements.Design usable, elegant solutions: Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma, ensuring clarity, consistency, and efficiency for complex workflows.Partner closely with product and engineering: Work hand-in-hand with product and engineers to translate designs into working products, balancing usability with technical feasibility.Conduct user research: Lead interviews, observations, and testing sessions with providers, internal and external partners, and internal and external users to inform design decisions.Balance multiple initiatives: Serve as the lead designer for a key provider initiative while also driving design for a second provider initiative.Communicate and align: Present design work to varied audiences—PMs, engineers, operations, and external partners—ensuring alignment across teams.Evangelize design practices: Promote user-centered design and user research across the product and engineering organization.What You Will Bring To The TableExperience: 8+ years in product/UX design. Healthcare, health tech, or regulated industries strongly preferred.Full-stack design skills: Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI (Figma required).
