Your Key Responsibilities

* Ensure compliance with regulations and National Standards, adhering to Professional Regulatory bodies.

* Stay informed on standards and government publications for services in the disability sector.

* Maintain accurate HR systems and electronic filing, ensuring up-to-date personnel records, HR metrics, and statistics.

* Properly archive files and prepare information as per requests from relevant authorities.
">
* Ensure compliance with relevant circulars, policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as adhere to GDPR guidelines.
">
* Review and maintain NPR Registrations, promote dignity at work, and comply with safety regulations, and other duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">

* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or professional membership of CIPD.
">
* High proficiency in MS Office suite.
">
* Three to five years of administration experience, including working with computer databases.
">
* Proven track record in high-volume recruitment data entry.

* Possession of a full clean driving license.
">
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.

* Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
