Forecourt Store Manager –Blanchardstown,Dublin
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy, high-volume forecourt store in Blanchardstown.
The role
Full accountability for store performance, sales, and profitability
Lead, coach, and develop a large in-store team
Drive excellence across customer service, availability, and store standards
Manage labour, stock control, and key operational KPIs
Analyse performance and implement actions to improve sales and margin
Ensure full compliance with all health & safety and operational standards
Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience in a competitive retail market
The candidate
Proven Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager experience in high-volume grocery, convenience or forecourts
Fresh Food experience
Strong commercial awareness with a focus on delivery and results
Experience leading and developing large teams in a fast-paced environment
Hands‑on leader who leads from the front and sets clear standards
Strong understanding of retail operations, KPIs, and customer service excellence
