Opportunity to join global FMCG manufacturing site in North Cork
Responsibilities
Supporting the site to develop a strategy for engineering implementation & asset life-cycle management
Ensuring all team members have a proactive approach to H&S and implementation of essential engineering processes
Supporting the introduction of a knowledge-sharing system, and ensuring all team members engage with it
Developing training strategy and development plans for maintenance team members
Liaising with internal stakeholders, external engineering personnel and third-party service providers
Setting up and managing Service Level Agreements for standard servicing & maintenance of plant & utilities
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or trade qualification with experience in a process industry (food, pharmaceutical or medical devices desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to apply engineering principles in practical application
Strong business knowledge and ability to interface with a manufacturing organization
