Store Leadership Role

* This position requires strong management skills to oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, and staff supervision. As well as leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
* The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to ensure shelves are consistently stocked.
* An added responsibility will include rostering, training, and performance management for staff members.
* The successful candidate will maintain store presentation standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
* Monitoring store performance and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability is also essential.
* In addition, the person appointed to this role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
