The MCS Group is delighted to partner with a large public sector organization in their search for a temporary Associate Director (Corporate Services).
This role involves leading the delivery of customer-focused services through strategic planning, transformation projects, and efficient resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
* Embed a strong customer-first culture, shaping services and improving outcomes.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement using corporate planning, performance management, and legal compliance.
* Champion community and business engagement.
* Develop and implement a digital access strategy with a focus on inclusion and improved online services.
* Use technology creatively to enhance collaboration, service accessibility, and efficiency.
* Support leadership in embedding customer perspectives in service transformation and policy development.
* Deliver value-for-money services through alternative delivery models and service rationalization.
* Lead and manage teams promoting customer voice, digital access, equality, and transparent service delivery.
About You
We are seeking an experienced candidate who can demonstrate the following:
* Holds a degree or postgraduate qualification.
* Demonstrates experience in senior management within a public sector organization, leading improvement and change.
* Has experience leading a customer service environment in a public sector organization.
* Can lead customer-facing change to a high standard, improving customer services.
* Is able to build high-performing teams and provide inspirational leadership that drives a high-performance culture.
* Has a track record of being innovative, results-driven, and leading others to perform and transform.
What We Offer
