Field Service Engineer
Permanent Dublin 07-07-2023 Realtime Recruitment is looking for a Field Service Engineer, for our client. A household name in the Financial Services software space. As this is a Field role you will work as part of the Professional Services team to successfully implement both software and hardware projects in line with business and customer expectations across Ireland. You will report directly to the Professional Services Manager.

Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-facing/focused role providing software or hardware product installations
* Experience in diagnosing and problem solving
* Delivery of set KPIs and SLAs
* Manage customer expectations throughout all phases of implementation.
* Configuration and rollout experience essential
* Installation of hardware on-site, equipment, scanners printers, and implementation of software
Must-Have:
* Irish Driving license and access to own transport
* Eagerness to learn and grow
* Willingness to travel as required throughout Ireland
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Currently holds a Stamp 4, EU or Irish Passport
Highly Desirable:
* Experience working with Oracle or SQL
* Comfortable with both Windows and Linux Operating Systems
* Experience with Scripting (preferably Shell)
