Headquartered in Ireland and with offices in the US Sweden, Australia and Germany, we have a wealth of experience and expertise in supplying, designing, installing and supporting energy monitoring and management systems, critical power and data centre control solutions for a range of Irish and international clients in a variety of business sectors.Company Benefits:Competitive Salary with excellent career development opportunitiesCompany Healthcare PlanCompany Pension SchemeDeath in Service Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance Programme & Wellbeing ProgrammeAcademic assistance & Structured In-house trainingHanley Energy Affinity SchemeFree parking at all locationsHybrid Work Model where applicableSalesforce & Systems AdministratorWe're looking for a hands-on Salesforce & Systems Administrator to keep our core platforms running smoothly, support users, and improve day-to-day processes based in Stamullen Co Meath, You'll manage routine admin work across Salesforce (and managed packages such as ServiceMax/SVMX), help with our clocking/HR integrations, and take on practical Power BI reporting tasks.Key Responsibilities:Salesforce – CRM / ServiceMax (SVMX) / Other Managed Packages User & Org Management: Provision/deactivate users; maintain Permission Sets/PSGs, profiles, roles, queues, and teams.Configuration: Update page layouts, Lightning apps, record types, list views, compact layouts; create fields, validation rules, duplicate rules, assignment rules, approvals.Automation: Build and maintain low-code automations in Flow (record-triggered and scheduled); follow guardrails and basic testing steps.Support & Triage: Work the ticket queue; troubleshoot login/access, page performance, and Flow errors; escalate complex issues early.Release & Change (junior scope): Build in sandboxes, follow test steps, supportUAT sign-off, and deploy changes using DevOps Center (or equivalent) under guidance.Environment Hygiene: Keep naming conventions tidy; assist with sandbox refresh cadence and basic seed data for UAT.Security & Compliance: Apply least-privilege access, review FLS/sharing issues; support SSO/MFA onboarding; assist with audits (field history, login history, setup audit trail).Stakeholder Enablement: Write short release notes, quick guides, and deliver bite-size training sessions/office hours.Clocking Application & HR System Integration Day-to-Day Operations: Monitor the clocking application and ensure data is flowing correctly to HR systems (especially joiner/mover/leaver processes).Accuracy & Compliance: Work with Payroll/HR to validate data and resolve discrepancies quickly.Troubleshooting: Track data flows to other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP/SAP B1) and escalate integration issues with clear notes and screenshots.Power BI Report Creation & Updates: Build and update reports based on clear business requests; keep visuals simple and consistent.Enhancements: Tweak layouts, slicers, and drill-throughs to improve readability and adoption.User Support: Provide basic "how-to" help and short walk-throughs; create quick reference notes.Governance Basics: Use agreed names, folders/workspaces; keep simple documentation so others can find and understand content.Ways of Working Communication: Give clear, timely updates on tickets and small projects; flag risks before they bite.Documentation: Keep change notes, checklists, and simple SOPs up to date.Collaboration: Work closely with BizOps, IT, Sales/Service leaders, and external vendors/ISVs.Required Skills & Experience:1–3 years administering SaaS platforms (Salesforce, ServiceMax/SVMX, or similar).Salesforce Administrator certification (required) or exam passed/booking confirmed.Practical Salesforce admin skills: Flow, page/layout changes, fields/validations, permission design, basic SOQL for troubleshooting.Proven experience supporting users and triaging issues across multiple platforms.Clear written communication; service-oriented, patient, and organized.Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable creating/updating Power BI reports from existing datasets; basic DAX and Power Query for column clean-ups and merges.Experience with system integrations (APIs, iPaaS, ETL) and working with vendors.Experience with SAP Business One or a similar ERP.Additional Salesforce certs (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) or domain certs (Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ) a plus.
