Sales & Front-of-House Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a reliable, high energy individual for a permanent full time role at our facility. This position requires someone who is equally comfortable managing high volume administrative tasks and dealing directly with customers in a busy environment.
The Role
This is a dual responsibility position involving both desk based operations and active floor management.
* Customer Interaction: You will be the primary point of contact for parents and children. You must be welcoming, professional, and able to manage a busy lobby during peak times.
* Sales & Bookings: You will handle all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and Superchats. You are responsible for following up on leads, explaining our programs, and securing paid bookings/deposits.
* Operational Standards: You will manage the booking system (CRM) with 100% accuracy. You are also responsible for the general upkeep and professional appearance of the front-of-house areas.
Candidate Requirements
* Full Flexibility: We operate 7 days a week. You must be available to work a rostered shift pattern between 8:30 am and 10:30 pm, Monday to Sunday.
* Communication Skills: You must have excellent written and spoken English. You need to be able to communicate firmly but politely, especially regarding our "No Payment, No Booking" policy.
* Work Ethic: This is an active role. We need someone who is proactive, notices what needs to be done, and doesn't wait for instruction.
* Multitasking: You must be able to handle digital communications quickly while still providing a high level of service to people standing in front of you.
Experience
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment such as hospitality, retail, or a busy reception (gym, medical, or activity center) is highly preferred.

Pay: From €14.50 per hour
