What’s the Opportunity?
As Store Manager, you’ll take charge of day-to-day operations, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and fresh, high-quality food. You'll play a key role in driving sales, reducing waste, and maintaining a top-tier store environment — all while supporting and growing a valued local business.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading and motivating a team to deliver strong results and great service
Ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day operations of the store
Managing budgets, KPIs, and performance targets (profit margins, waste, etc.)
Overseeing rotas, scheduling, and staff development
Maintaining top standards in presentation, merchandising, and stock control
Working closely with the Store Owner to grow the business
Creating a positive, energetic work culture that people enjoy being part of

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
️ 2+ years’ experience in a retail management or supervisory role
️ Proven ability to lead a team and hit performance targets
️ Strong understanding of KPIs, financials, and retail operations
️ Excellent communication, organisation, and delegation skills
