Senior Quantity Surveyor Senior Quantity Surveyor required for one of Irelands largest main contractors to work on a range of Data Centre, Logistics and Manufacturing Projects in West-Dublin with regular travel to projects in Europe.
The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the Commercial Director.

Responsibilities:
Manage the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring delivery within budget, timeframe, and quality standards.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
Conduct cost analysis, monitor expenditures, and produce financial reports.
Manage tendering processes, including bid evaluation and procurement strategies.
Administer contracts, variations, change control, and dispute resolution.
Prepare and submit valuations, payment applications, and certificates.
Ensure compliance with legal, quality, and project standards while maintaining records.
Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and collaborate with Project Directors/Site Managers.
Mentor Junior Quantity Surveyors.
Requirements Degree Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or relevant qualification.
7 years+ experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
Professional accreditation (RICS or CIOB) is desired.
Experience working with a Tier 1 Main or M&E Contractor is essential.
IT Skills Microsoft Office and COINS.
