Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven senior sales executive to join our growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills and be proficient to manage the sales processes effectively.
Role requirements
* A minimum of 3 years experience in car sales
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
* Be highly-motivated, target driven and have an enthusiastic personality.
* Have the ability to sell a variety of add-on products.
* Be familiar with dealership finance process and have DMS experience.
* Have the ability to manage a busy workload and multiple customers.
* Be able to adapt to new processes and systems as required.
* Demonstrate that you can work well as part of the Aherns Motor Group team vision and culture.
* At Aherns Motor Group we strive for loyal customers, so maintaining positive customer relationships is a priority. Managing customer relationships, including keeping in regular contact at all stages of the buying process, must be a focus of the Sales Executive.
* Prospecting for new customers via the various traditional and digital channels.
* Utilising and converting leads given by our in-house marketing department and lead management system.
* Qualifying customer needs and data capture.
* Meeting sales targets on a continuous basis.
* Co-ordinating sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical departments.
* Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
* Keeping updated on products, industry news, trends and competitor activity.
