Financial Operations Manager

* Main Responsibilities:

* Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements and other financial documents.
* Develop and prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
* Assist with audits and tax filings, providing expert financial analysis and advice to management.
* Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures, ensuring best practices are implemented.
* Manage payroll processes, maintaining accurate and timely payment schedules.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
* CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
