Role Overview: You will play a key role in the commercial management of this multi-unit apartment scheme, overseeing all financial and contractual aspects from procurement through to final account. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the project Prepare and manage tender packages, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations to ensure commercial targets are met Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers Prepare monthly reports, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations Work closely with the site team to ensure cost efficiency and value engineering Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Minimum 5+ years post-graduate experience, ideally in residential projects with a main contractor or developer Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Proven track record in managing multi-unit housing/apartment developments Excellent communication and organisational abilities Skills: Quantity Surveying Degree qualification SQS
