Job Title: Design & Digital Marketing Associate Location: Wicklow Town (Hybrid - 4 days remote / 1 day office) Contract: Temporary Full-Time (6 Months, with potential for extension) Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 Pro Rata Our client is a global leader in their industry and they are currently seeking a motivated and creative Design & Digital Marketing Associate to join the team.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to impactful projects while benefiting from flexibility in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Creative Support: Assist the Digital Design & Marketing Specialist in delivering brand-aligned product artwork, marketing materials, and digital assets for cross-functional teams across the EU product portfolio.
E-Commerce Content Development: Support the creation and implementation of engaging A+ content for Amazon product pages and brand stores in collaboration with the E-Commerce Director.
Digital Marketing Collateral: Produce presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials that reflect the company's brand identity and business goals.
Print and Digital Production: Generate high-quality print-ready files and optimised digital assets for various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand and technical standards.
Product Artwork & Media Packs: Design clear and appealing product artwork and media packs to support product launches and technical communication.
Website Management: Maintain and design visual content for the company website and Salsify platform, optimised for performance and user engagement.
Packaging Updates: Assist with routine updates to packaging, including ingredient modifications, while ensuring design compliance and brand alignment.
Web Graphics: Create and maintain visually effective web graphics optimised for both desktop and mobile performance.
Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong ability to translate complex information into visually engaging content.
Demonstrated ability to create artwork suitable for both digital and print formats.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
Additional Information: This is a temporary full-time position, expected to last approximately six months, with the potential for extension or transition into a permanent role.
Based in Wicklow Town, this role follows a hybrid working model with four remote days and one in-office day per week.
Weekly pay and a competitive salary package are offered.
