Maintenance Surveyor / Property Surveyor

What you'll do
* Carry out property inspections, surveys, and defect diagnosis
* Oversee responsive, cyclical, and planned maintenance works
* Manage contractors and ensure quality standards are met
* Support colleagues and tenants with technical advice
* Maintain accurate asset and property records
What you'll need
* Degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent experience)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in property maintenance or surveying
* Knowledge of housing maintenance, building pathology & health and safety
* Strong reporting and communication skills
* IT literacy (Microsoft Office; AutoCAD desirable)
* Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
