AI-Driven Productivity Specialist

We are seeking an AI-Driven Productivity Specialist to guide our internal development platform and enhance developer productivity across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).




About This Role:


This role sits at the intersection of product management, platform engineering, and AI innovation. You will prioritize backlogs, improve capabilities that enable developers to build, test, deploy, and scale faster.




Your Key Responsibilities:


* Define and execute the roadmap for Autodesk's internal development platform with a focus on AI-driven productivity improvements.
* Translate business and user needs into platform capabilities that reduce friction and enable secure high-quality software delivery.
* Conduct comparative industry research to ensure our platform is aligned with emerging trends in developer tools and AI.




You Will Thrive Here If:


* You have 3–5 years of product management experience with a strong background in platform or developer productivity tools.
* You have delivered successful projects using Dev Ops tools such as Git Hub Cloud Bees Artifactory Kubernetes Dynatrace)
