Service Advisor Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy service department.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships with a high level of customer service.
* Liaising with the workshop, service reception, warranty and parts departments to ensure seamless communication.
* Providing advice to customers regarding technical issues, costs and completion times.
* Determining workshop availability and scheduling customer bookings by phone, email or from walk-in customers wishing to book maintenance and repair work.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, motor industry experience and a valid driving licence.
