We are recruiting a
Sales Representative / Sales Manager
to cover the
Dublin and wider Leinster region
, working with an established provider of
workplace safety solutions
.
This role is ideal for a driven
B2B sales professional
with experience developing new business, managing client relationships and growing regional sales accounts.
The Role
You will take ownership of a defined Leinster sales territory, focusing on
business development, account management and revenue growth
.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with customers to understand their safety requirements and deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales across
Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Westmeath, Meath and Louth
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Manage and expand existing client accounts
Conduct site visits, client meetings and product demonstrations
Prepare and present quotations, proposals and tenders
Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
Represent the business professionally across the region
Requirements
Proven experience in
field-based B2B sales
or account management
Background in
construction, engineering, industrial, facilities or safety-related sectors
is an advantage
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
Ability to manage a regional sales territory independently
Full, clean driver's licence
