The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital project discovery, process re-engineering, and leading cross-functional teams across business analysis, systems design, and change delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Digital Vision & Roadmap: Own and drive the digital vision and roadmap aligned to business strategy and client needs.
* Team Leadership & Culture: Lead, develop and inspire a team of business analysts, systems analysts, and project delivery leads.
* Project Discovery & Process Re-engineering: Oversee the analysis of current-state operations and client journeys to inform future-state designs.
* Digital Platform Oversight: Work closely with Product, IT and vendors to select, implement or optimize core digital platforms.
Requirements
* Proven experience leading digital transformation or operational digitisation in financial services.
* Strong background in business and systems analysis, process design, and digital project delivery.
* Ability to shape and sustain a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.
