We are seeking a visionary and data-obsessed Head of Email Marketing to lead our email strategy and execution across 10 brands in 35+ global markets. You will own the email marketing roadmap, guide a growing team of email marketers, and align email initiatives with overall business objectives. Your mission: drive exceptional performance through precision-targeted campaigns, deep analytics, and a scalable framework that fuels growth and maximises customer engagement. This role requires a mix of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in high-volume, high-impact email marketing. You will be accountable for performance KPIs across the channel and responsible for the team's success through structured processes, optimisation, and innovation. What will you do Strategic Ownership: Define and lead the global email marketing strategy across all brands and regions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer lifecycle stages. Team Leadership: Manage and grow a high-performing team of email marketers, setting clear KPIs, reviewing performance, and fostering continuous improvement. Performance Focus: Own all email marketing metrics, including deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversions, and manu more. Ensure the team is consistently on target and improving. Cross-Brand Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of automated email flows across a portfolio of brands, managing scheduling, targeting, and localisation. Analytics & Optimisation: Regularly review performance data, identify opportunities, and implement A/B tests and other enhancements to increase impact. Process Development: Build repeatable systems for email content creation, list segmentation, personalisation, dynamic content, and campaign testing. Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with design, data, CRM, and product teams to deliver campaigns that align with brand messaging and user experience. Compliance & Deliverability:Ensure all campaigns meet industry standards and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.), while maintaining sender reputation and deliverability health. Innovation: Stay on the cutting edge of email marketing tools, trends, and tactics. Champion experimentation and adoption of new technologies and methodologies. Applicant requirements 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing strategy and teams. Proven track record of scaling email programs across multiple markets and brands, with high-volume experience (1M+ monthly emails). Deep analytical skills and fluency in campaign KPIs; expert at translating data into insights and actions. Strong grasp of email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance best practices. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Braze, Hubspot, Iterable, or similar). Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience mentoring and developing team members. Excellent written communication and copy review skills. Comfort working cross-functionally in fast-paced, scaling environments.
