Job Title
The Packaging Department is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to drive operational excellence and improve efficiency.
* OEE champion – utilizing manual data collection and automated systems in the future
* Lead OEE governance to monitor process performance, identifying trends, waste, and opportunities for improvement
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily/weekly monitoring of OEE data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
* Generating reports and dashboards for stakeholders (operations, engineering, leadership)
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the packaging department, working with production and maintenance teams
* Leading or participating in Kaizen events and managing weekly CI forums
* Supporting project management and optimization initiatives
To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with lean principles, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies is highly desirable.
